The Golf Club Würzburg, the only "Leading Golf Club" in Lower Franconia welcomes you on a high plateau above the rooftops of Würzburg. Only 10 minutes from the residence (UNESCO World Heritage Site) in the city center, presents itself one of the most beautiful and versatile golf courses in southern Germany. The convenient, but quiet location only 2 km from the motorway exit "Stadtmitte" the A 3 located, predestined us almost for your trip to one of the most beautiful wine regions in Germany.
In Würzburg you will find a mixture of culture and atmosphere, world heritage and wine festival, pop and baroque, science and celebratory mood. The city delivers a breathtaking historical backdrop directly on the Main. Look forward to the Franconian wine, a glass of Winzer sparkling wine and Franconian cuisine.


On our golf course you expect 18 different fairways embedded in a gentle hilly landscape. There is not only one outstanding "signature hole", but classic links elements in the form of green hills or meter-deep pot bunker. The golfer also finds typical design elements of a time-honored parkland course. Thanks to a high-quality drainage system, the computer-controlled irrigation system and our outstanding Greenkeeper Team, the golf course can be played all year round on summer greens! The excellent fairways, manicured greens, a stylish clubhouse and the individual restaurant "Gasthaus" make your visit to a completely successful and unforgettable experience.

In the summer months, enjoy the spacious restaurant terrace overlooking the 18th green and be pampered culinary with home-made and handmade seasonal specialties. From crisp salads to house-matured steaks, there's a lot more to it that makes your heart beat faster. The wine list has also been created with great attention to detail and excellent contacts to top winegrowers in the region.
 
Club life is very important at the Golfclub Würzburg. The pivotal point is the various golf tournaments and events that we offer our members and guests. Some of these events even fall completely out of the "sporting framework", as has been the "Mozart am Grün" for many years, a concert evening with outstanding classical musicians as part of the Würzburg Mozart Festival on the grounds of the golf club.
